Everyday Tech provides technology-related services, which may include CCTV installation, WiFi setup, TV wall mounting, Starlink installation, aerial and dish work, smart home setup, cabling, troubleshooting, and related support.

By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from what was expected, additional labour is required, or extra materials are needed. We will try to discuss changes with you before continuing where practical.

4. Bookings

Bookings are subject to availability. We may reschedule bookings due to weather, supplier delays, illness, access issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Access and Safe Working Conditions

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the site. We may refuse, delay, or stop work where conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or there is a risk to people or property.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information about the job

  • ensuring access to the property

  • advising us of known issues, hazards, or restrictions

  • obtaining landlord, body corporate, or other required approvals where needed

7. Products and Materials

Products supplied by Everyday Tech remain our property until paid for in full, to the extent permitted by law. Product availability may change without notice.

8. Payment

Payment is due on the terms stated in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. We may require deposits or progress payments for some jobs. Late payments may result in delays, extra costs, or recovery action.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation fees may apply where time, travel, or product costs have already been committed.

10. Service Limitations

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, some issues may be affected by existing wiring, third-party products, building materials, internet providers, software updates, signal limitations, or conditions beyond our control.

11. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products where provided. Our workmanship warranty, if offered, applies only to the work carried out by Everyday Tech and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, third-party interference, power issues, or normal wear and tear.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, images, and text on this site remain the property of Everyday Tech unless otherwise stated. You must not copy or reuse them without permission.
